 Originally released on MGM 13264. This is a beautiful copy of the gold-label MGM "Golden Circle" reissue. The label indicates this is the same edited version as on the original 45. It's definitely Mono, but the track seems longer than 2:58 to me. This reissue grades close to Mint across the board (Labels, Vinyl, Audio).
