 From a warehouse find, this is a new, unplayed stock copy, in its original picture sleeve. This was the group's last chart single, featuring a terrific A side that's specially edited from a 4:24 album track. The B side is also on the album, but the track times shown for the two versions are curious: The album has a 2:08 track time for "Night People," whereas this single has a 2:57 track time. It's quite possible that this 45 version is an extended remix of the album cut, but I don't know for sure except that both label say they are "Produced & Mixed" by Todd Rundgren, suggesting they are both remix/edits. Note: This beautiful 45 has no notable flaws, grading Mint across the board (Labels, Vinyl, Audio), and the cool picture sleeve is nearly flawless!
