4-By The Beach Boys (EP)

This 4-song EP generated two chart hits — "Wendy" and the group's version of "Little Honda," a Brian Wilson tune that had been a hit for the Hondells. BTW, it's "Wendy" that's included on Dave Marsh's Top 1,001 singles list. Besides those two tunes, the EP includes "Don't Back Down" by Brian Wilson and a cover of Pomus-Shuman's doo-wop classic, "Hushabye." Note: This 45 record comes in the picture sleeve that came with some copies. The 45 itself has no notable flaws, grading Mint across the board (Labels, Vinyl, Audio). The picture sleeve is Near Mint with just a touch of ringwear.
