Another Night Of Love

From a warehouse find, this is a new, unplayed promo copy, in its original factory sleeve. This promo copy has a long (5:08) version on one side, and a short (3:30) version on the flip. The reference books all include singles by Abaco Dream in the lists with Sly & The Family Stone. Perhaps that's just true for the group's first single from 1968... This one makes no mention of Sly Stone, and the style is far removed from that group's creative funk. Still, who knows... In any case, it's a lovely track, and does sound like something within the stylistic range of a group like the Chambers Brothers.
