But as the former lead singer of the Sweet Inspirations and mother of the blockbuster diva Whitney Houston, I'm sure she feels she had a very successful career indeed! Her great cover of the Ronettes classic is backed by the former A side of her first chart single, an even better cover of a Bobby Darin-penned tune.
