This great track was in the vanguard of the newly emerging Hip-Hop and Techno/Synth Pop sound of the early 1980s. Both sides are dramatically edited versions of the respective 8:33 and 10:17 album tracks. This single was released with two different A-side edits: This one, measuring 2:50, and another measuring 2:55. The mixes are quite different, and it's worth collecting both. Note: This beautiful 45 record comes in a vintage Island Records factory sleeve. It has Mint labels and Near Mint vinyl and audio.
