This is definitely one of Eddie Floyd's greatest singles (Dave Marsh pegs it at #332 out of 1,001), yet one that is least well known and hardest to find... A must for collectors of Funky Memphis Soul! By the way, this was a non-album single whose sides are missing from contemporary Floyd LPs. Note: This beautiful copy, a first pressing on the light blue Stax label, comes in a vintage Atlantic-Atco Records factory sleeve. It grades just below Near Mint across the board (Labels, Vinyl, Audio). The audio has some light surface noise near the beginning, but it soon fades.
