Chinese Rocks/ London Boys

These tracks are classics of 1970s punk rock. Thunders was one of the founding members of the legendary New York punk band, New York Dolls. The Dolls were one of the bands that inspired the U.K. punk movement, with leading practitioners like the Sex Pistols reflecting their imprint. Thunders went solo in 1977 and formed a band called The Heartbreakers, which continued in the punk mold of more tuneful bands such as the Ramones. This single's A side is a terrific rocker from an album, released in 1995, of the "Lost 1977 Mixes" of Heartbreakers material. The flip, also a "lost 1977 mix," originally appeared on Thunders' 1978 solo album, So Alone.\r\n

This newly released single is from a limited edition pressing of 300 on translucent blue vinyl, with a small spindle hole.
