Keyboardist Dave Wolinski, who wrote the A side of this single, previously played keyboards for Shadows of Knight, and later for Rufus. Wolinski went on to write the hits 'Ain't Nobody' for Rufus and 'The Medicine Song' for Stephanie Mills, as well as many others.
