This is a beautiful mint copy of a rare mid-1960s Johnny Nash single, on RCA's Groove subsidiary. Both sides are delightful, mid-tempo Northern Soul numbers. The 45 includes a rare Near Mint picture sleeve. Note This beautiful 45 record has no notable flaws, grading Mint across the board (Labels, Vinyl, Audio), and the picture sleeve is Near Mint with just a touch of ringwear and a partial hole on one side.
