This is a new, unplayed promo copy from the Louise Neal 45 Collection. Two great Soul numbers fill this little 45: The A side ("Don't Leave") is in a more uptempo Deep Soul vein, while the flip ("What") leans toward Northern Soul. I'm keeping both! Note: This beautiful promo 45 has Mint labels. The vinyl looks untouched but has a faint, storage-induced "bowl" warp, and the audio is very close to perfect.
