Don't Try To Lay No Boogie Woogie on the King of Rock and Roll

Stereo/Mono promo copy. You remember the semi-hit version of this tune by Crow, right? Well, here's the song straight from the horse's mouth... in this case, a guy named Jeff Thomas. I couldn't find out anything about him other than his authorship of this classic tune, but I can say that after listening to this it's too bad he didn't get into the studio more often. :-) Or maybe it's just as well... I'm a firm believer that some writers and rock acts have only one really good song in them.
