This classic remake of the 1967 Robert Knight hit is one of those rare re-recordings of a song that manages to improve upon the original. I classify this as Disco, but it's on the Northern-Soul edge of that Venn Diagram. Note: This copy comes in a vintage ABC Records factory sleeve. This vinyl pressing is lightly scuffed, bringing its grade down to a strong EX, but the audio is a glorious near-mint with only a couple of tiny flaws keeping it from grading better.
