This is a beautiful copy of the yellow-label promo release, in a vintage Capitol Records factory sleeve. On the B side of this classic hit is another reason why Joe South is so admired... here's a complex pop song that's part country, part soul, part psychedelic rock. Numerous tricky, interesting time changes and melodies make it a great find hidden on a B side. Note: This copy has pristine Mint labels. The vinyl grades Near Mint, reflecting a smattering of light scuffs. The audio is disappointing, because I wish it were pristine Mint (I always hope for Mint audio!), but I'm grading it Near Mint to reflect a few instances of very light surface noise, mostly near the beginning; the B side audio is similar.
