This is a new, unplayed promo copy from the

collection, in its original Warner Bros. Records factory sleeve. Wow! Talk about great Northern Soul dance music! You can't go wrong with either side of this rare single, though the excellent Motown-style arrangement on "Woman" gets the nod from most Northern Soul enthusiasts, myself included. (Have a listen to the mp3 snippet I just added to our "jukebox"!) Note: This beautiful promo 45 has no notable flaws (even a very faint warp is hardly worth mentioning), grading Mint across the board (Labels, Vinyl, Audio). (P.S. As we explain in our grading standards page, "no notable flaws" does not mean "flawless." It means "nearly flawless", one of the meanings of "Mint." I use it for 45 records that are so close to perfect they deserve the grade "Mint," which also means "New, like new." I'll also use "Mint" as an overall grade for a record known to be new and (previously) unplayed, even if its labels grade Near Mint as a result of light storage wear. The point is that the record is "New, like new" and therefore "Mint.")
