Heaven Must Have Sent You

This is a highly worthy cover of the 1966 Elgins hit. Oddly, neither version of this catchy Holland-Dozier-Holland tune cracked the U.S. Pop Top 10 (per Bilozoard magazine)... Perhaps the song is still waiting for some ultimate version that will finally carry it to the top of the charts. :-) It's important to note that the A side — the hit version — is a special mix not available on the album; the B side is the quite different LP version. Note: This otherwise-Mint copy had some liquid spilled on it at some point, leaving a faint stain on the labels. The trail-in wax has a brief, light whirr audible once a spin, but once the music starts, the audio is pristine Mint.
