Help!/ I'm Down

Besides the A side of this classic single — which occupies spot #259 in Dave Marsh's list of the 1,001 greatest singles of all time — the B side is listed at No. 598 in Marsh's book! So this single ends up taking two places in his book... One of only a few classic 45s to achieve that feat. This is the original issue, without 'a subsidiary of...' etc. language on label. By the way, this single is specially edited from a 2:35 album track. The B side was a non-album cut that didn't appear on the "Help!" album. Note: This copy comes in a Near Mint picture sleeve, which has beautiful colors and no tears or split seams but does have some top-edge wear as well as a wrinkle in one corner. The 45 itself has Mint labels and the audio sounds Mint as well... a real treat!
