This great single—taking the
#23 spot on Dave Marsh's list of the 1,001 greatest 45s of Rock'n'Soul—is becoming impossible to find in a condition that you don't mind subjecting your precious needle to. In fact, in the 9 years Classic 45s has been in business, this is the first copy we've offered at near mint. This copy's audio is very close to perfect, and the vinyl itself is near mint. The A side label is M-, but the small color flecking you can see in the scan is more pronounced on the B side, reducing the label grade. M- except for a brief period at the beginning, and the B side is EX. The vinyl itself looks M-, and the label is a weak EX, with a fair amount of ringwear. In all the years I've been in business, though, it's the first copy I've had that was good enough to put up for sale... even good reissues are precious!
