From the Louise Neal collection, this is a beautiful vinyl promo on the "In the Grooves" Gordy label, in a Hitsville U.S.A. factory sleeve. This classic Motown dancer got a particularly enthusiastic reception in the Rock world, with extremely hard to-choose-between versions by Rod Stewart & Faces (#24, Nov 71) and Rare Earth (#7, Aug 70). This promo has the same song on both sides. Note: The record is unplayed, but from a part of the collection that may have had various storage issues. In this case, the record grades Near Mint across the board, with some light fading of the white labels, very light storage-related scuffing on the vinyl, and brief, faint surface noise at the beginning of the track (the audio is otherwise pristine-sounding).
