From a warehouse find, this is a new, unplayed copy. The flip is a dynamite remix of what is perhaps Alan Jackson's greatest contribution to Country music, "Chattahoochie" (which had topped the charts for 4 weeks earlier in 1993 on Arista 12560). It is here labeled as the "Club Mix". Despite a couple of stray marks on the vinyl, the audio is pristine Mint. What a great double-sider!
