I'm A Believer/ (I'm Not Your) Steppin' Stone

Here's one of the nicest copies I've ever offered of the Monkees' second hit single, this one a two-sided monster. In addition to another Tommy Boyce-Bobby Hart song (on the B side), the Monkees for the first time tap Neil Diamond for the chart-topping A side. Diamond had recently had his first top 10 hit ("Cherry, Cherry"), and I'm sure he was delighted to have this huge Monkees hit in his catalog. "I'm A Believer" became the biggest hit of the group's career, hogging the #1 spot on Billboard's Hot 100 chart for seven weeks! Note: The picture sleeve with this copy is nearly flawless. The 45 record itself has no notable flaws, grading Mint across the board (Labels, Vinyl, Audio).
