From a warehouse find, this is a new, unplayed stock copy. This obscure novelty single has no date on the label, but its anti-Opec, alternative energy theme makes it a pretty good bet it was late 1970's. Though I don't think Kenny Gamble had anything to do with this particular Gamble label...
