Last Night/ Night Before

One of the greatest Soul instrumentals of all time — two incredible sides of a new sound that would eventually be labeled "funky soul." Satellite, by the way, shortly changed its name to Stax ... and the rest is history! Note: This copy has labels that grade very close to Near Mint, held back by some color fading and faint penciling on the A side (see scan). The vinyl looks fairly rough, just barely grading EX, but the audio grades a strong EX, with light surface noise audible only during the quiet segments.
