From a warehouse find, this is a new, unplayed promo copy, in its original factory sleeve. Lake was guitarist/bassist for King Crimson and Emerson, Lake & Palmer. This was the biggest hit of his solo career. In addition to the 4:16 version on the stock copy, this special promo has a 3:45 edited version, both in Stereo.
