From a warehouse find, this is a new, unplayed stock copy. Featuring a rap by Clipse, this was Timberlake's very first chart single from his debut album. Although the sides are labeled "A" and "B", the B side appears to the same recording as the A side. Note: Like all new copies of this pressing that I've heard, the intro has a touch of surface noise (it's either intentional or a sub-par pressing). But after that you don't hear anything but the very loud, clear and Mint music.
