Stereo/Mono promo copy. Georg Kajanus and Phil Pickett later formed the popular UK group Sailor, which had several big hits there in the mid-1970's. This is a rare single from their 1973 LP, Hi Ho Silver, in an incarnation just called Kajanus Pickett.
