My Old School/ Pearl of the Quarter

From a warehouse find, this is a new, unplayed stock copy, in its original ABC Records factory sleeve. This is my very favorite Steely Dan tune, a relatively rare piano-based rocker that more than redeems the group for some of their more pretentious jazz-rock doodlings later on. The A side is a specially edited version of a 5:47 album track. Note: This beautiful copy has light storage wear that lowers the Label and Vinyl grades to Near Mint. After a good cleaning, the audio, though not perfect, is so close to that mark that I'm giving it a Mint grade.
