This is an original promo copy from the Louise Neal 45 Collection. What a gorgeous ballad the A side is... Kudos to all involved! :-) Note: This beautiful promo 45 is one Neal may have played, and which was left outside a sleeve for some time apparently. It has Near Mint labels with just a hint of ringwear (see scan). The vinyl has some scuffs and tiny scratches, lowering the grade to EX. The A side audio is almost Near Mint, but I heard 2-3 light "pops" early on; the B side audio is more noisy for the first 20-30 seconds or so; on both sides, the audio turns pristine beyond a certain point.
