Our Father/ Shadows on the Wall

From a warehouse find, this is a new, unplayed promo copy, in its original factory sleeve. This Holland band straddled the line between power pop and progressive rock, but outside of their native Holland, they didn't have much success in either genre. Their fellow countrymen Shocking Blue, Tee Set, and George Baker Selection all crossed over to the U.S. in a fairly big way, but even though Unit Gloria toured here, they didn't make much of an impression. That's too bad, because as evidenced by this single, they had a lot of great musical and lyrical ideas. Perhaps they were just a bit too cerebral (or should I say, spiritual?) and not quite so talented with the proverbial great pop hook?
