Over The Mountain; Across The Sea/ My Baby's Gone, On, On

This is the first Chess pressing of this classic, on the "silver top" label with chess pieces. It was earlier released on J&S 1654. By the way, as a point of trivia, I can't think of any other single in the rock era that has a semicolon in its title. This non-album single also has a great B side. (Johnnie & Joe had no albums.) Note: This beautiful copy has Near Mint labels. The vinyl looks Near Mint with a few light marks. The A side audio has some light "pops" in the early part of the song, but the surface noise is mostly inaudible after the intro. The B side audio is a solid Near Mint.
