Piece Of My Heart/ Turtle Blues

Here's a very nice copy of Janis Joplin's first big hit, here as lead vocalist for the Big Brother & Holding Company band. Note: The labels are a strong Excellent, with a Near Mint A side that has very light ringwear. Although the vinyl (yes, this is a vinyl rather than styrene pressing... unusual for Columbia Records) looks Near Mint, it has some very light but persistent surface noise that's audible in the soft passages underlying the otherwise-undistorted and strong audio, which grades Excellent.
