Questions 67 & 68/ Listen

This was Chicago's very first, hard-to-find single, featuring a longer version of this great song. The song was re-released in an edited version with one verse missing on Columbia 45467, backed by "I'm A Man", and went up to #21 in 1971. The really interesting thing about this particular release is that although the song actually clocks in at 4:41, the label says it's only 3:07! Note that the B side audio is EX because of a small scratch that causes pops. Speaking of the B side, it's obvious listening to these two on one single that the forces within the band favoring a hard-edge sound were firmly in control in the beginning! "Listen" really cooks!
