This is a new, unplayed Stereo/Stereo promo copy, in its original picture sleeve. The picture sleeve itself is marked "For Promotional Use Only/Not For Sale" (see scan). This was the group's biggest hit, by far, in the Pop market, though in the Black/RnB market, their first hit, "Time Will Reveal," remains on top (where it sat for 5 weeks!).
