From a warehouse find, this is a new, unplayed stock copy with a drillhole, in its original factory sleeve. Like other titles from this small Alabama label, which was commonly distributed by T.K. records, this single was issued with two primary label styles. This is "sunset" multicolor label Juana release, which was the second pressing. This 45 record — Juana 3422 — was also the last release on the label's old white label, which is why "Ring My Bell" is found on both label styles. Note: These copies' only flaw is the drillhole, which varies in size and location on the label from what the scan shows.
