This was the first release of these songs on 45 rpm, on the purple Capitol label with the "reeded" edging. A curious factoid about the "Sgt. Pepper" album: It and the "White album" are the only Beatles LPs that had no singles released from them... Until 1978 and this single. Note: This beautiful copy comes in a vintage Capitol Records factory sleeve. It has Mint labels and very nearly Mint vinyl and audio.
