Shabby Little Hut/ You're My Baby (And Don't You Forget It)

From a warehouse find, this is a new, unplayed stock copy. The A side is a fine offering from soul writer/producer giant Van McCoy, and the flip is a terrific, uptempo dancer with great use of the Golden World house band, which included a rotating cast of Detroit musicians — among them members of Motown's Funk Brothers. Note: The Vacels had a chart hit with the B side tune later in 1965. These copies have Mint labels and audio; the vinyl (styrene) is graded Near Mint to reflect the possibility of some light storage wear.
