Hunter's enduring legacy in rock'n'roll, this classic remains one of the most beautiful songs of the rock era. The flip is an uptempo number that does a good job of explaining how rock'n'roll actually began in the late 1940s (well, not so specifically, but it does make the case that the movement begun in 1955-56 by white teenagers was the second coming of the original, black rock'n'roll sound). Note: This copy comes with a vintage Atlantic factory sleeve. It looks very close to Mint (Labels, Vinyl), but the audio has light underlying surface noise that lowers its grade to EX.
