Street Fighting Man/ No Expectations

Originally released in 1968 on the turquoise/swirl London label, this is a 1970s reissue on the "sunburst" label, with the same catalog number. This is one of the very best Stones singles, which was on the group's Beggars Banquet album. In his list of the 1,001 great singles of Rock'n'Soul, Dave Marsh positions "Street Fighting Man" as the Stones' third best 45, after "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction" (#6) and "Get Off My Cloud" (#56). Rolling Stone magazine also includes the song in its Top 500 list, at #301. Note: This new, unplayed copy comes in a vintage London Records sleeve. It has no notable flaws, grading Mint across the board (Labels, Vinyl, Audio).
