This is a new, unplayed promo copy from the Louise Neal 45 Collection. Both of these tracks will delight fans of Northern Soul, though "New York City" seems to be the more popular title. Note: This beautiful promo 45 has very light storage wear on the A label (the B label is pristine... see scan), and the vinyl looks untouched. The audio grades Near Mint, however, owing to very light surface noise occasionally audible.
