Tell Daddy/ I Stayed Away Too Long

This cover of Etta James' hit "Tell Mama" was Carter's first chart single, but only on the RnB Singles chart. Nearly all of his subsequent singles would chart on both the RnB and Pop singles charts. This 45 release was a non-album single. Note: This copy comes in a vintage Atlantic-Atco Group factory sleeve. It grades Near Mint across the board (Labels, Vinyl, Audio), with only very minor flaws.
