This is a new, unplayed promo copy, in its original Buddah Records factory sleeve. Chuck Brown was the group's lead guitarist, and his influence is heavily felt on this Go-Go-styled Funk outing, a dynamite cover of the James Brown classic in an almost-unrecognizable form. This special promo has an edited version of the 4:44 album cut; the retail release and the first promo have the full version. Note: This beautiful promo 45 has no notable flaws, grading Mint across the board (Labels, Vinyl, Audio).
