These tracks may not have Buddy Holly on lead vocals, but those are definitely The Crickets backing him up! The songs, too, are written by renowned Crickets members Jerry "Ivan" Allison (drums) and Sonny Curtis (lead guitar). Allison cowrote many of Holly's hits, including "Peggy Sue" and "That'll Be The Day." This is one of the first singles released after Buddy Holly's untimely death.
