Wild Thing/ With A Girl Like You

This is the first pressing, which shows the songwriter credit incorrectly as 'Presley,' rather than 'Taylor,' as on later copies. With this single, you have two of the essential Troggs songs. Not that they didn't release other great stuff, but this 45 is extra rich! Note: The A side label of this copy has what appears to be part of a round retail-store stamp near the label edge.

Trivia note: Chip Taylor, the correct author of "Wild Thing," was one of the top writers/producers of the 1960s. His writing credits include:

    \r\n
  • Angel of the Morning (Merillee Rush)

  • I Can't Let Go (Hollies), and
