If you didn't know better, you'd swear that Phil Spector was twiddling the knobs and arranging the orchestra behind the scenes here. However, apparently Bill Medley (the deep bass guy) took some notes while working with Spector on classics like "You've Lost That Lovin' Feeling." And of course, Barry Mann & Cynthia Weil contribute another masterpiece of romantic pop-soul for the duo to sing. The B side is a non-album cut. This beautiful copy comes in a Near Mint picture sleeve. Note: The 45 itself has Mint labels and pristine sound. The picture sleeve has a touch of top-edge wear, including one tiny tear and a small set of staple holes.
