This is a new, unplayed 1973 European issue, not from the U.K., since it has a large hole. Of course, 'Candle in the Wind' was never issued as a single in the U.S.... where Bennie and the Jets was the huge hit. Oddly enough, on this release, "Bennie" is spelled "Benny." Go figure.
