Apollonia 6 was a short-lived 1980s American girl group, featuring the vocal talents of Apollonia Kotero, Brenda Bennett, and Susan Moonsie. Notably affiliated with Prince, the group was a continuation of a previous entity, Vanity 6, and was known for its sexually suggestive pop and funk sound. Despite releasing only one self-titled album, their impact on the music industry was significant due to their association with Prince and their appearance in the film "Purple Rain". Their most recognized song is arguably "Sex Shooter", which gained a cult following.
