Audioslave

Audioslave was an American rock supergroup that formed in 2001 and consisted of Soundgarden lead vocalist Chris Cornell and Rage Against the Machine members Tom Morello, Tim Commerford, and Brad Wilk. Their musical style was a fusion of the members' previous works, combining elements of hard rock, alternative metal, and grunge. The band's signature sound was characterized by Cornell's powerful, wide-ranging vocals and Morello's innovative guitar work. Audioslave's self-titled debut album, released in 2002, attained triple-platinum status and is considered a significant contribution to the early 2000s rock scene.
