Eddie Miller

Eddie Miller was an American jazz musician and songwriter who was active in the mid-20th century. Known for his distinctive tenor saxophone style, he played in several notable swing bands, including the Bob Crosby Orchestra and the Benny Goodman band. Miller was particularly praised for his warm, lyrical tone and his ability to improvise in the swing idiom. Among his most influential works is the jazz standard "Slow Mood," which he co-wrote and which has been recorded by numerous artists since its initial release.
