Firehouse is an American rock band formed in Charlotte, North Carolina, in 1989. Known for their melodic hard rock style, the band was highly successful in the early 1990s with their signature power ballads and arena anthems. Their most notable members include vocalist C.J. Snare, guitarist Bill Leverty, and drummer Michael Foster. Firehouse's significant contribution to the glam metal era is best exemplified by their hit "Love of a Lifetime," which reached high on the Billboard charts, and their self-titled debut album, which won the American Music Award for Best New Hard Rock/Metal Band in 1991.
