Hammerhead is a post-hardcore band from Fargo, North Dakota, formed in the early 1990s. Known for their raw, abrasive sound and intense live performances, the trio is composed of Paul Sanders (vocals/guitar), Paul Erickson (bass/vocals), and Jeff Mooridian Jr. (drums). Their 1994 release, "Ether," is often hailed as a seminal work in the noise rock genre. Despite their dissolution in 1996, Hammerhead's influence persists in the underground music scene, contributing significantly to the development of post-hardcore and noise rock music.
